projects overview
From vendor styling ahead of a listing photoshoot to a full holiday home transformation from the ground up, every project here reflects the same approach: styling with intent, for a property's actual purpose — whether that's photographing beautifully for a sale campaign, performing well as a short-term rental, or simply feeling right to live in.
photoshoot styling
A considered mini refresh for this striking coastal home, with the brief focused on a few key focal points rather than a full restyle. Styled and shoot-ready within hours, with every detail, from inventory to fresh florals, coordinated and in place before the camera arrived.

A refresh for this coastal apartment, previously used as a holiday rental and in need of fresh decor to present well for its listing. Styled within hours of the shoot, with every detail, from furnishings to florals, organised and in place on the day.Â

6 North Point Ave, Kingscliff
6 Bedroom | 4 Bathroom
Shortly after purchasing 6 North Point Ave as a new investment, the owners came to palomalilydesigns wanting a complete transformation — a warm, family-friendly holiday home they could enjoy themselves, and one that would shine just as brightly as an Airbnb in between. Every selection was considered, from the couches to the cutlery, curated room by room, inside and out.
